PRODUCT DELIVERY POLICY
This delivery policy applies to all products purchased through auctions on the BidUniq.com platform. BID UNIQ SINGLE MEMBER P.C. is committed to delivering products to auction winners under the following terms and conditions.
1. Delivery Process
● Once the auction winner completes the payment, the product is prepared for shipment.
● The preparation time may take up to 3 business days, depending on product availability.
● Once the product is shipped, the user will receive a notification via email or SMS with the tracking number.
2. Delivery Time
● The estimated delivery time depends on the user’s geographical location and the courier service used.
● Estimated delivery times: ○ Greece: 1-5 business days
○ European Union: 3-10 business days
○ Rest of the World: 5-20 business days
3. Shipping Methods
● Products are shipped via partnered courier services or postal services.
● In some cases, pickup from designated distribution points may be available, as stated in the auction terms.
4. Shipping Costs
● The auction winner bears the shipping costs unless otherwise stated in the specific auction terms.
● Shipping costs are calculated at the checkout process based on: ○ Product weight and volume
○ Destination country
○ Selected shipping method
5. Order Tracking
● Users can track their shipment using the tracking number provided after the product is dispatched.
● BidUniq.com is not responsible for delays caused by the courier company.
6. Responsibilities and Compensation
● BID UNIQ SINGLE MEMBER P.C. is not liable for delivery delays due to unforeseen circumstances (e.g., strikes, weather conditions, customs checks, etc.).
● In case of loss or damage during transport, the user must immediately notify the platform and the shipping company.
● If an issue is found upon receipt, the user must contact support within 48 hours of delivery.
7. Non-Receipt of Product
● If a user fails to receive the product due to incorrect shipping details or unavailability at the provided address: ○ The product is returned to the sender.
○ The user must cover the re-shipping costs.
● If the user refuses re-shipment, no refund will be issued.
8. Policy Modifications
● BidUniq.com reserves the right to modify this policy at any time.
● Changes will apply to orders placed after the publication of modifications.
