Since BidUniq.com operates as an auction platform where users pay for participation, no refunds are provided under any circumstances. Specifically: 

● Participation in any auction is final and binding. 

● Bids placed by users cannot be canceled, modified, or refunded. 

● Any amounts paid for auction participation are non-refundable, regardless of the outcome. 

2. Final and Binding Purchases 

● The user who wins an auction is obligated to pay the final amount corresponding to the item or service won. 

● Once an auction is completed, the winner’s purchase is binding, and the transaction cannot be canceled. 

● Failure to make the payment may result in cancellation of the transaction and loss of the right to receive the item. 

3. Non-Payment and Platform Exclusion 

● If the auction winner fails to complete payment within the reasonable timeframe specified via email or message, then: ○ They permanently forfeit all rights to the auctioned item. 

○ BidUniq.com reserves the right to assign the item to the next eligible bidder. 

○ The user may be banned from further participation on the platform. 

4. Fraudulent Activity & Penalties 

● If fraudulent or malicious use of the platform is detected (e.g., repeated non-payments, fake accounts, auction manipulation attempts), BidUniq.com reserves the right to: ○ Suspend or delete the user’s account. 

○ Take legal action against the user if necessary. 

○ Permanently ban the user from future auctions. 

5. Exceptional Cases 

● If a technical issue or error occurs on the platform’s end, affecting the fair execution of an auction, BidUniq.com reserves the right to cancel the auction and refund participation fees at its sole discretion. 

● In all other cases, participation and payments are considered final and non-refundable.
