- Preparation time: up to 3 business days, depending on product availability.
- User receives email or SMS notification with tracking number upon shipment.
2. Delivery Time
Estimated delivery varies by location:
- Greece: 1-5 business days
- European Union: 3-10 business days
- Rest of the World: 5-20 business days
3. Shipping Methods
- Products shipped via partnered courier or postal services.
- Pickup from designated distribution points may be available per auction terms.
4. Shipping Costs
Winner bears shipping costs unless auction states otherwise. Costs are calculated based on product weight/volume, destination country, and selected shipping method.
5. Order Tracking
Users can track shipments using the provided tracking number. BidUniq.com is not responsible for delays caused by the courier company.
6. Responsibilities and Compensation
- Platform not liable for delays from unforeseen circumstances (strikes, weather, customs).
- Users must notify platform and shipping company of loss or damage.
- Support must be contacted within 48 hours of delivery for receipt issues.
7. Non-Receipt of Product
- Incorrect address details result in return to sender.
- User covers re-shipping costs.
- Refusal of re-shipment means no refund issued.
