Request to delete your account
You may request deletion of your BidUniq account and the personal data associated with it at any time. Send a deletion request from the email address registered to your account so we can verify ownership.
Email us at [email protected] with the subject line "Account deletion request" from the email address linked to your BidUniq account.
We confirm your identity to prevent unauthorized deletion and reply within 7 business days.
Your account profile, bidding history personal data, and contact information are permanently deleted. Records that we are required to keep by law (such as transaction records and tax invoices) are retained only for the legally required period.

Records of completed transactions, invoices, and any data we are legally required to keep (e.g. tax, anti-fraud, accounting obligations) are retained only for the period required by applicable Greek and EU law, after which they are also deleted.
