1. No Refund Policy
- No refunds are provided under any circumstances.
- Auction participation is final and cannot be reversed.
- Bid modifications and refunds are prohibited.
- All payments are nonrefundable regardless of outcome.
2. Final and Binding Purchases
- Auction winners must pay the final amount owed.
- Completed transactions cannot be canceled post-auction.
- Non-payment results in forfeiture of purchased items.
3. Non-Payment Consequences
- Failure to pay within specified timeframes triggers account penalties.
- Winners forfeit all rights to items.
- Platform may reassign items to next bidders.
- Repeated non-payment can result in permanent platform ban.
4. Fraudulent Activity
- Detected fraud (fake accounts, manipulation, repeated non-payment) triggers account suspension or deletion.
- Platform reserves legal action rights.
- Permanent bans possible for malicious conduct.
5. Exceptional Cases
- Technical errors or platform malfunctions may result in auction cancellation and fee refunds at platform discretion.
- All other transactions remain final and nonrefundable.
